Comments: Our community is happy to accept dogs and cats. Maximum of 2 total pets allowed in the apartment home. The monthly pet rent is per pet. Deposit amounts for 1 pet: $250 deposit + $250 non-refundable pet fee = $500. Deposit amounts for 2 pets: $300 deposit + $300 non-refundable pet fee = $600.
Restrictions: Aggressive dog breeds including, but not limited to, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes the aforementioned, are specifically prohibited and Landlord has discretion to limit other breeds. Inherently dangerous or exotic, feral or wild animals are prohibited.
I love living at Creekview, the staff is very friendly and always goes above and beyond for me. I like where the apartments are located as I am minutes away from all of my favorite places. I recommend this place to anyone!

Been living at Creekview since 2016 and it's been great. Office and maintenance are terrific, and love the social events they do every month. Location is great as I am just minutes away from work, babysitter and not to mention all the restaurants, and stores that are close by. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to live.
